Well after a month of the stuff sitting in the garage i started to put it back together last night. Re-did some silcone inside my box just to make sure no leaks, Sanded the face of the box down some to get a good surface then(a first for me) siliconed the subs in to place and hand screwed all the screws(trying not to strip them this time.) I'm letting all the silicone cure right now. Going to sit through tonight too. No chances this time(i'm sick of shitting blowing on me.) Going to do some dynomatting of the trunk tonight after work and running around. I'm going to start with the trunk lid tonight. Hopefully with the dynomatting i wont have to push the subs so much and still get good sound. i'm still warry about using the expanding foam. i don't want to crumple my trunk lid. Any suggestions? Or any thing else you might want to say.

get the low desinty or light expansion foam if your going to use it

Personally a Few layers of Rubberized undercoating IMO works pretty good

    Get it at Walmart
