Just wondering if anyone out there would be willing to purchase an old original, ya, THE original, punch 45??? Its old, dont know if it works, havent hooked it up in years. 22.5 watts per channel at 4 ohms 45 watts per cahnnel at 2 ohms 90 watts mono at 4 ohms +12dB boost at 45 Hz (variable) +8 dB boost at 12KHz (variable) old, ugly and the REAL thing........... Might sell it for the right price................... Oh ya, I modified it years ago, the original wiring was breaking loose on the circuit board, resoldered different speaker and power wire onto it, , hell may need done again!!! will have to check that out....... I used to run this thing on 2 10 inch subs I think they were KEF's. the highs were a set of RF 1 inch soft domes and a set of RF 6 inchers in the front, and a set of coaxials in the rear deck. all using passive x-overs. people didnt believe it was a little 45 watt amp doing all that......was very impressive I aint using the thing and really dont have a use for it, if someone is REALLY interested in it, i will bench test it and post the results of its operation (or non-operation) Its a classic old school amp, so I wont let it go for el cheapo...but I will be fair
you know years ago i read an artical on a single amp system with that amp running something like 17 speakers.it had 4 10s and 6 8s and a whole bunch more mids and hi's.in a crx.can you test for power output in watts?
I have had the amp sonce around '88 I if remeber right..... I found my digital camera. will try and post pics of it soon
