Whats the purpose of using polyfil? I dont have any in my box but have seen a few people mention it. I have never used any in any of my systems before. If i need it how much will i need? Box is 1.25 cu volume, ported. Sub-10 inch Alpine type R.
Polyfil fools the speaker so that it thinks its in a slightly larger enclosure. I like to fill the box gently. Don't pack it in.
