I am getting some Rockford component sets for my titan.
The manual shows the 6.5 as 4ohm and the tweeter as 4ohms.
I am getting two sets of components (front and back).

I am thinking wiring each location in parrael (i.e. left front mid and tweet) for a 2 ohm load. So this will give me 4 2ohm loads to hook up to a 4 channel amplifier.

Just please overlook me before I purchase a 4 channel amp instead of 2 channel

I guess my main question is will the tweeter pull down the ohms to 2 ohm so I will actually get the full power out of the amps.

For reference I amlooking about getting
    Rockford T1652-S 6.5 Components

    and still desciding between
    Orion Cobalt CO600.4
    Rockford Prime R300.4

    Thanks

The component speaker and tweeter are hooked to the amp through a crossover. So you have 4-ohms.

Now some manufacturers do make a 2-ohm car speaker. Infinity is one of them. I'm sure there are others. One thing, I've had bad luck with Kappas, but Reference seemed to be OK.
