Hello everyone, I am new to the car audio talk and first of all wanted to say hello and thanks for any help you may give. I am installing a Pioneer DEH-4000UB into a 2000 Chevy Cavalier and running into some issues. I bought the correct wiring harness and everything matches up perfectly. The stereo gets power and turns on just fine and all my speakers work. Everything seems good. However, the radio randomly changes sources for no reason. If you tap the front of the radio, hit any bumps, or anything like that, it will change from Tuner to Aux 1 to IPOD randomly. Thinking something was wrong with the head unit, I returned it to the store and the same thing happened on the new unit as well. Has anyone ever heard of anything like this? I've taken the radio out three times now checking all the connections and everything looks good. Any ideas? Thanks!
