Pioneer AVIC Z1 vs Z2

    I am in the process of purchasing one of these units. Besides being a upgrade what are the major differences between the two? Should I save my money and buy the Z1 or is it worth the extra bucks?

    P.S. I know you have 10GB to rip your cds. But can you upload mp3 files via external hard drive / mp3 on cd. Also does it play video files like mp4, avi? Can you store these files on the HD?

    I'm not sure...sorry. I'm not familiar with these units, only the D1 and D2's.

    I would try calling pioneer customer service tomorrow
