Well....This is the box I will probably use for my son's car....I need to measure it again but inside I have written that it is 1 cu. ft...... Just so you can see (the box is kinda dinged up, it has been the stand for my alarm clock on the side of my bed past couple years)....This box is painted with that grey "fleckstone" paint...It is a texture....On the ends you can see that I capture the end panel fully with a dado....The top and bottom are also dado'ed into the front and back panels....On the end, I have the binding posts glued and screwed into the box too....Inside, I soldered a section of 12 ga. wire..... Just wanted to post pics cause I know Dave is thinking of me building a box for him....The box is airtight and very strong 3/4" mdf.....This is how I build them Willy
