Built A Box , Should It Be Divided Or Not?, Meaning A Dual Box Sealed. One Open Inside Or Put A Divider In The Middle To Separate The Chambers, Is There Or Will There Be A Differance In Sound? Thankd Guys
With them combined there would be more air flow. I would think with more air flow it might be louder, but it also might depend on what music...... (ok I went on and on, and I confused myself... lol so I just deleted) Ok i have no idea if I'm right.
if they are wired in mono i dont think it would matter. they will just move as one.unless they are wired to 2 diff channels then i think seprate chambers like you said.
I usually use one woofer per chambre...well I usually use one woofer anyways....always works great for me lol
I would keep them in seperate chambers. Reason being that the divider would act as an internal brace, which would help to eliminate any resonance of the box ( a bad thing for SPL and SQ ) Simply mount the woofers close together and this will "acoustically couple" them so to speak.
Florida was good...very relaxing. Chilled on the beach everyday...went putt-putting, go-karting, and parasailing. was a good vacation...last vacation I had was about 4-5 summers ago. Box hasn't even started yet...I still need to get a few sheets of MDF. Been working...I'm hoping to start on it by the end of this week...I HATE MY TEMP SEALED BOX!!!!
