I don't know what all the hubbub is over overrated amplifiers I guess it gives you a sense that you're getting more than what you're paying for... but still when an amplifier is underrated, everybody screams and whines and says it's just marketing overhyping the product but when an amplifier is tested to output more than what they claim in the marketing or the label on the box, everyone raves and praises the amp could it be a different form of marketing? company puts out 50W amp magazine tests it and it puts out 500W they get famous?
maybe if it;s within a reasonable price range cuz if a 50 watt amp sosts say 3000 bucks, and puts out 500 watts, i prolly wouldnt; buy it unless it wipes my ass and cooks meals for me too
...and if the amp looked like that dancing girl... lol also - ya gotta watch out how they rate the amp 100W....0.05% thd or 100W....<0.001% thd or 100W....0.5% thd then ya gotta watch how it jumps up when bridging the amp what gives?
