Welp to start im new here so hello. I have been trolling this forum for a little while and finally decided to post after searching for a while. I am getting a MK 4 jetta in the next couple of days and im going to put in a new audio system. I dont really want too much bass i just want it to sound really good. I was wondering what you guys suggest as in speakers, Head unit and maybe sub and amp. Im looking for a clean set up that sounds awesome. My budget is around $500 give or take. I just wanted to hear everyones opinions. thanks for your time
I would start with a new head unit , a single 10 or 12 inch sub and an amp. use the stock speakers for your highs for now. Can be upgraded later.
