Ok i've been running 2 10" xtreme subs with like a 600 watt xtreme amp for the past few years and the amp just **** the bed. I am definitely looking to upgrade and have approximately $500 to spend, i have been looking at getting a 12" alpine type x sub with a mono 1000w alpine amp which would run about $500. Can anyone give me a better set of subs and amp for around that price? I'm not very knowledgeable about the higher quality subs, any help would be greatly appreciated!!
