i recently purchased a pioneer amp heres the link on the specs http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PUSA/Products/CarAudioVideo/Amplifiers/GMSeries/GM-D8400M well i am loking at purchasing two ten inch mtx tr55 4ohm dvc subs would that be agood idea or should i be looking at something else and thanks for the help.
the mtx subs will have a final load of 4 ohms mono. so you may wish to look at dual 2 ohm coil subs. that way you can wire them for a final load of 2 ohms which will maximize the output of the amp.
