Well a couple months ago, i picked up a 13w7 from craigslist and i was pretty happy about it. but i recently found out that one of the voice voils are messed up and im not too happy about that. so i plan on selling the 13w7 and have decided not to get another one cuz it costs too much. so...i still want to use the jl 1000/1 amp i have... i've been thinking about what i should get next...I've been thinking about a 15" alpine type r...2 15" vmaxs...but im not really sure yet. you guys have any suggestions? im looking at both 12s and 15s. also open to different brands, looking to spend at the most $400-500 (if getting 2 of whatever)
I have 2 vmax 15s and they are pretty loud. I hit 144.9 on the meter with a 600 watt amp in a 6 cubic ft box. Im getting ready to build a wall for them. They also sound really good to. I dont know much about the alpine type Rs, but im sure someone on here will chime in and help out.
i know someone selling some FI subs. fully loaded Q's d 1.4Ω coils. he has them for 175 each. 1500 rms.
if i grab the FI Q, i would prob only get one cuz i dont wanna get a diff amp lol...pedro, your friend live in tampa also?
