I have started a new contact system recently I have been hit with massive amouts of spam mail resulting in some people not getting emails in a timely fashon so I have solved this issue once and for all I have started a web based contact center you log your probelm, request or quetsion in the database by catagory, and then I resond to it via the admin online backend simple Each resonse is sent by email, and logged in so if for intance you need a RA# or a Price on something is a in my database on my website stored under your login name I think this is alot better than just reply to emails so if you guys want to check it out, and please foward all price request to that system thanks http://www.shop4sound.com/catalog/support2.php
