New CD player crappy radio reception???

    I just finished hooking up my Pioneer deck in my 2003 Maxima...hooked up the radio antenna with an adapter, but now the reception is crappy and I'm lucky if I can even get three stations. When I had the OEM deck in it was fine. I used an adapter and everything mounted up fine...I just don't know why I can't get any stations?? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

    same thing happened to me once. you'll have to go back behind the deck and make sure it didnt come loose from the deck.

    also make sure there isnt another connection from the adapter that didnt come loose either further into the dash.
