I like soft dome tweeters but those Infinities should sound good...make sure they are mounted correctly and put some deadener around the speaker to make them sound like they should
I have 5x7's in my escape with a lanzar amp hooked up and I have questions from people asking if I have subs in it. No bs. I love my speakers but will be changing amp to a better quality one soon
Infinity speakers seem to sound much much better amped. HU power just seems to not work well with them, at least all the sets ive owned.
yeah.. I have infinity 6x8s and 6x9s and unamped they sounded alright.. but amped.. they sounded AWESOME, with GREAT bass and no distortion. and I'm talking about references. The kappa's are amazing. But really. who has the money.. damnit. i don't.
