Need Help with JL 12w3v2-D4 setup

    I just walked away with a new JL 12w3v2-D4 sub and a box but I have no idea which amp to buy to power this baby. Please give me your suggestions and which brand amp that costs under 300 and why you chose that brand over others. Thanks!

    You bought 1 D-4? usually If you get 1 speaker you get a dual 2 ohm so you can get either a 1 ohm 1 channel amp or a 2 ohm 2 channel amp...

    makes it hard to get you a good amp.... I guess you could get a JBL 600.1

    anything over 500W voids the warranty, 300W's is the RMS on it

    I suggest a MTX T250, or if your REALLY REALLY REALLY careful in setting it up you can try the MTX T500D

    I'd look at the us acoustics amps from thezeb.com :)

    Anything over 500 void the warranty. 500 watts is the line.

    That is what I said...

    But JL's Recommend Power for Daily Use is 300w's
