need help on subs popping out

    was hopin someone could help me out, every time my amp turns on my subs make like a little popping or clicking sound, not loud, just enough to hear, and the subs come out a little bit, what would be causing this?

    that happens when you have an amp without a "soft" turn on. Basically amps that have "soft" turn ons will wait a second or two after it gets the remote signal to turn on to actually power up. That sound is basically the sound of all your stuff turning on at once. Now im pretty sure this is what you hearing. This can also happen when the amp turns off in some cases. Let me look for something you can use to fix it.

    this should fix it.

    little module you can hook up without a problem and it will add a 1 second delay to your amp turning on.

    Waiting for others the chime in though to make sure im not incorrect at this diagnastic.

    It does say though in the description of that item "Eliminates turn on pops in amplifiers" So I would assume that is what you need.

    Well what source is your remote wire for the amp coming from???

    Does it still pop when the RCAs are unplugged??
