Need help hooking up JL with audi Bose

    Hi, I have a 98 audi a4 with the bose. I bought a JL 1000/1 and a JL 12w7. I wired everything up and used the wires coming out of the Bose amp to the rear subs (if you can call them that) and connected that to the amp's input. Now the sub plays but quietly. Does someone know what is going on?

    Bose. Here are my first thoughts, Are you sure your hooked up to the output side of the Bose amp and not the input. The next thing that comes to mind is that you might be hooked up to a speaker that is crossed over and not supplying you with a low frequency signal. Finally, are you using a good quality low level adapter?
