Need Help For Box Specs!!!!!!!!!!

    :confused ANY IDEAS ON A BOX FOR TWO MEMPHIS M3 MOJOS OR EVEN TWO SINGLE BOXES ???????

    Please be more specific......type of vehicle, musical preference, amplifier power, etc.......

    well its goin in a camaro 86 adn i dont know what kinda amp yet not sure which one i should get for those. then i got this box design well i got two designs but one is 3 cuft for one woofer and the other is 6 1/2 cuft but with both of them.

    Do you have that much room? the back of that car isn't really that big. it's wide, but shallow...

    A camero! LOL! If you cant get that car to make boom boom, then somehting is seriously wrong!!!!

    One box, sitting in the rear well, will do just fine!

    mustangs are the same way not alot of room for subs but my bone stock 5.0 daily driver hatchback mustang has plenty of room so i have a JL w6v6 single sub in a box that takes up the whole hatch with a 1000 watt amp and man that thing thumps and db'd out to 159.7

    doesnt that year camero have a deep well in the back.i knew some kid back in 87.he had 2 cerwin vega 12s hooked up to a hifonics zues 300x2 and that thing could be heard from about 4 blocks away.and all it had was a board wedged into that well.his amps and all were in there.it was pretty stealth untill he turned it up.

    thats the nice thing about those damned cameros. the rear acted like a horn, hell, 1 six inch woofer in the back will rock your world....

    My best friend just got two 12 inch mojos...and two 1000D's...we build about a 3.4 cu ft ported enclosure for em (after vent displacement)...it is a little on the small size but damn...it is so loud it hurts your ears...not kidding.

    If I were you I'd sell one of your mojos and buy a Memphis MC 1000D....perfect amp for those if they are dual 2 ohms...they can take that 1100 watts easily.

    Just use one of those mojos and build the biggest box you can fit in the back...trust me...it'll blow your eardrums

    IF I could ever find the mechanical drawings i made for a camero box, i would post them.. i had it down to a science.......

    4 ten inchers that were in a box tha dropped into the rear well of one of those damned gm camero's!......was also god for 2 12 inchers., or 4 12 inchers if the power was up to par........


    damnit i wish i knew what I did with the plans for that box.......


    the SOB did 147 dB with 4 10 inch XTR 10DVC IB on a 2150 SX, if I remember the nmbers right...


    Of course, the same car, years prior, I put 2 8 inch rockford punch 's in running of an OLD original style punch 45....it shook the ****t out of the car.... Cameros are a bass junkies best friend.....too bad GM made them!!! LOL!!! thats for you caddy!!!!!

    so those mc are pretty good then? cause i still havnt decided on what kind of amp i also got two memphis 1 farad caps to go in it.


    ya it b kool if you knew where those specs were but its kool to experiment with these box designs to c whic ones sound good and which ones dont!.

    Sell the caps, they are prety much not of any use to you, or anyone else for tht matter.

    Use the money to invest in the amps or speakers, will be money far better spent.

    And please dont get me started on caps!!!!!! I hate those things as much as i do the french...

    Caps don't help much at all...sell em...they are just a fad to say hey look i have a cap...and yes those MC amps are awesome

    well that ****in sucks paid 250 for those but i guess i can try to sell them on ebay and put that towards the amp i also went on ebay they had some mcd amps also not sure if there the same or not??? i also need to get a better deck any suggestions on what brand you guys would go with i kinda like the pioneer 7" screens

    well i can build this box but its going to be a wall 23"x40"x23" thats 10 cuft went on rockford fosgate .com and put in some measurements of my car in there box calculator. just got to figure which way subs are going to face and how big of a port?????????

    well idont know if the subs should face towards the front or the back cause if i face it towards the back then it mightnot b loud cause of the wall might b louder towards the front.

    So The Where Would The Port Go Im Not Reaaly That Great With Ports And **** If Its On Paper Then Thats Way Ez But I Need Some Kind Specs Or Somthin To Go Off Of. Cause Ots About 22hx40wx22d
