ive need to get new subs for my car 2 12" is what my box is made for with 2.75788 Cubic feet for volume. ive got a 600watt jbl GTO601.1 II amp. What would be the best pair of subs for this setup. im looking at spending around $500 at most. Thanks Rage
the box that i have is a circuit city display model that housed 2 polk audio's. this system was passed down to me from my brother. the subs are now about 7 years old and recently have died on me.
Well with 500 bucks you have some good options. Kicker CVR's perform well in sealed boxes. As well as Alpine Type E subwoofers. I'd recommend some Elemental Designs 13Kv.2/3's. They are more sq oriented.
dude we put 2 of the lowest line jbl subs in the other day at work, in a ported pro box for the 2 twelves in a durango and the absoultley slammed, for 5 u can get a box and 2 of those on that amp and it would be a great match-up. those subs are 275 rims a piece single voice coil
