Need help building a system

    I have a single cab truck with a bench seat and i need ideas on what would be the best subs, amp, box (that goes behind the seat) needs to be 8" wide or less.... I want to go for about $500 i already have a good pioneer head unit and some upgraded speakers just need a good system. Im not looking for over the line bass just loud enough so you can hear me a road or so down.. any ideas would be great........

    Only enough room for 8" wide or less? Is that from the backwall to the rear of the seat or....?

    8" wide or deep? you can get a pair of 10's 0r 12's and a 500~800 watt amp and be happy.

    i used to have an 87 S-15 single cab truck with 2 mtx blue thunder 12's on around 400 watts total and that kept me happy for over 15 years.( if i like something i keep it a while.)
