Need help 2001 Lincoln LS

My cousin is wanting to install a double din screen like a 7 inch or so in his Lincoln. All the after market kits are euro style "just the plain jane cd player type " for this application. Does anyone know of a way or a kit that exists or how to go about installing a double din into this Lincoln??? It also has the Alpine sound system in it from the factory.

This is something like I am looking to install. It calls for a euro style, but I am looking to fit a double din. He is not wanting to block his air vents and wants a cleaner look.

 

There are Lincolns that have double din units in them and was wondering if there was a kit that would fit this or if it was all fabrication. The pic is of a double din in a 01 Lincoln LS. He is not wanting a flip out because it would block the airvents and he wants the cleaner look.
