Hi... I have (2) Alpine Type-R 12" Dual 4 ohm VC's.... My amp isn't worth a ****.. older model Sony Xplod 5/ch Class A/B 880w... I KNOW i can get more out of these subs, and I KNOW it is the amp, so what would be the best option for a VERY low budget? (Now, i'm not dumb, I know i'm not going to get a good amp for like $75 but, i just don't have alot of money to work with... my budget i'd say is around 200 - 250 dollars.. especially if it is worth the money)

i think you should. its a lot better than something a lot of the stuff you can get around that price range
i was thinking 2 15's and an AQ 1200. not all at once mind you, no monies for both, but my sis may send me 200 for an amp. i was telling her about the nine.1 but i dont wanna wait that long. who knows tho. im working on maybe selling my other subs i have.
Pedro, i heard a lot of good things about the AQ amps. I'll let you all know how the subs perform once i get them.
