Ok aparently I have been told Boss amps are terrible and are totally overrated for power. I need an amp to push some Alpine R Component sets which are about 60 watt RMS. So i need a 4 channel amp. My budget is about 150 dollars or less. I have come up with the following type amps that fit my budget.

    Phoenix Gold

    HiFonics

    Audiobahn

    Kenwood

I hear Power acoutsik is no good so I didnt list them and of course the Boss amps which I didnt list either.

Audiobahn sucks balls...it is in the same park as boss...Profile is alright for what it is...I've had the HA1000 and it put up with some major abuse.

Either the Kenwood or the PG amp will do the best. Have you looked into any Alpine 4 channels...they are pretty nice

They aren't only nice...they perform very well, and are a very effecient amp.

Out of the choices I would go with either the Phoenix Gold or Hi-Fonics amp.

If The New Pg Amps Are Like The Older Ones Do The Pg.it Is The Cheaper Of The 4 You Listed.

And Yes Anz I Am In Love With Those Amps.

I did look at the Alpine amps but I can't seem to find one that is about 150 or under with that kind of power :( .. same goes with Kicker. If you guys can find it show me a link and ill be happy to check it out.

What i usually do is scoop up a couple nice amps when my local audio shop has end of the year clearance sales.
