welcome to the site! RE are some of my favorite subs! they will do just fine with any decent (properly rated) amplifier. They're pretty efficient subs. Try Jbl Gto series if you want to save money, and alpine or hifonics if not.. ps.. the enclosure is what really makes the difference for these subs. Build a proper box, and you'll not be dissapointed.
a custom made one... not prefab.... go to a shop and have them make you one for your subs for your car thats what we have said all along....
Building your own enclosure is easy to do, if you're a hands on guy. Plus, besides knowing it was done right, you have the pride of being able to say " I built it myself" It makes you feel better to say "I built this system" than it does to say "I ordered this system" give it a try if you want, we can help!
thanks for the help guys im really new to all this i just did some looking arround thats how i came up with the system i have right now the kvt-717 i just really had wanted a dvd unit in my cars so now all i need is some subs & something to power them up n im good to go as soon as i get the subs i will let u guys now so u could advice me n i will give it a try see how it goes thanks
