As many of you may or may not know, I like guns. Here is my latest little toy.... Taurus International Manufacturing Inc The trigger pull is very nice, the grip feels Excellent in my hand, and it makes a nice loud bang when fired everytime......
im in to guns as well, i don't actually own any but my close friends dad is a weapons safety specialist and he has tons of guns ranging from every caliber of pistols and rifles and semis and autos. my favorites a russian infantry rifle. has to be on of the most accurate lowest recoiling rifles i've ever shot.

Just a quick range report here... I have been VERY happy with the trigger pull and the performance of this firearm. So far no fail to ejects or feeds. I have been using el cheapo ammo for target practice. My groups are about 3 inches at 25 feet, and with a quick draw and fire, my groups are within 6 inches of each other, Very happy with this gun so far. Bought a new holster for it today also....
Well... Yesterday a friend of mine (female) took me to the range to shoot...I had never shot a handgun in my life, so I said sure... She has a Glock compact 40 cal.... From the 21 ft mark I was able to hit fairly well, pretty much grouped everything very close.....At 50 ft I was able to consistantly stay in about an 8" group...At the farthest mark (at least 100') I was a little high and to the right, but all 10 hit the target....It was awesome...the only compaint I had was that my hand is bigger than hers and my right middle finger was a little sore from resting under the trigger guard..Keeping all my fingers on the grip kinda crowded my fingers upwards....After we were done shooting, I looked at a full size they had there and when I gripped that, it felt like I would not have that problem with the crowding and the finger soreness.. It was a rush feeling that sucker pop in my hand when I squeezed the trigger. She had not shot in a while and I outshot her. She said I did a kick ass job...Now I wanna buy my own... Willy
sounds like your a natural. i went a few weeks back and man it is a rush.!i even shot at some clays.i hit 1 out of 4 thrown.1 at a time not all 4.lol
Viking.... Are you still digging that gun?? I was at Bass Pro Shop today and was looking at the all black .45 cal version and the one just like you got...Can you give me a run down of the pros and cons of the .40 versus the .45? I know the velocity is a little slower on the .45, but does it hit a little harder (bigger)...Just curious....Both of them were selling for $419.00 Willy
Hey willy, what ever happened to your amp rack? Viking has disappered into the void, hasn't been here in a long.....time
Well...It's kinda at a stand still.....I moved out of my house last may and into a townhouse (no garage)....My buddy said I could bring my truck there and work on the stereo, but the first day I went there to pull out the rear of the interior I found out some stuff...#1..the guy has not tools to speak of (he said he did), so we spent and hour trying to find a ratchet that worked and sockets...Meanwhile we gott do it in his driveway in the hot ass beating sun, so I was not in no big hurry to go back....I tried to do bits and pieces of it out behind my shop at work after work (I can't pull it in the shop so it is 1:00 pm and the sun is beating down out there)...Days when I coulda maybe done stuff, it was raining....One thing led to another and then bad weather...So I am still driving around like and idiot with not much in the way of tunes and the rear seat and interior is all torn out of the truck...Hopefully when weather gets warm I am gonna get on it... I will probably just come down to my shop on saturday mornings before the temps rise and the heat gets up there....We will see Willy
lol oh ok, your're like me. I've been driving around for like a month now with no bass because i'm too lazy to hook up my amp again temporarily. Brought it in to start my rack design. And it's freeeezing out.
Well.... Here is what I ended up with....Bought it last thursday and put 100 rounds through it on friday....I love it...Very happy with it.... Willy Springfield Armory XD45, 45ACP, Blue, 4" XD9611
Well my friend..... Bikini chick on page 10 (the first one on that page with the yellow bikini) is my idea of real fun....That tiny patch of yellow all the way to the right is what I would be aiming my gun at..... Willy
