So when i'm listening to my radio or cd or whatever everythings going fine until i turn the volume past a certain point like 13 or 15 then the headunit, speakers, subs and amp all turn off. What will fix this? Do i need a capicitor, or bigger alternator, or new battery? I have no idea hopeful you guys can help. Thanx

Prolly means you have a bad voltage dropping issue...measure the voltage at the amp when the system shuts down

What is your full setup down to the wire.

A capacitor is a waste of money...for the money I'd rather at another battery.

FIRST UPGRADE YOUR BIG THREE....find it here....without it you can't get far

If upgrading the big three doesn't help than you NEED a bigger alternator.

Before the big 3 IMO, lower the gains on your headunit to your speakers, I had that same issue and I just adjusted me Highs/Mids/Lows through my h/u and problem solved.
