my box is wired at to many ohms..help.

    I was hooking up a small system for my bother. (3 JL w0s, in one box) with a 1100 crunch 2 channel amp.

    When he bought the subs they were in the box and wired at just about 6 ohms, i took it to an installation place and they said it couldnt be installed.

    What would i need to do in order to get these subs to work?

    Do i need to rewire the box? buy a new amp? or buy new subs all together?

    Well,you are going to have to give us some more info.How many ohms are each sub and list the specs for the amp.Without this info,no one can help you.
