If a mono amp is rated 300 rms and i hooked up 2 subs would both subs be getting 300 rms each or would they split it and only get 150 rms each?

The subs are 2 boston g21244 and the amp is an kenwood excelon kacx10d if that helps at all. Thanks for helping!!

if your amp is rated a 300 rms and you have 2 subs then they would only be getting 150 watts rms each.

But the kenwood amp puts out 600 watts at 1ohm at 14.4v. so if you get 2 subs dual voice coil 4ohms then you can put a total of 600 watts to those subs meaning 300 watts per sub.

the BA G212-44's are DVC 4ohm so you can run them at 1ohm. perfect match cuz they are 300 watts rms a piece.
