ok i now currently have to MA audio 12''s in a custom built ported low pro. box for my ranger. im gonna buy two memphis PR 12''s in a custom built box too. i thought about running all 4 in my ext. cab ranger, but ive heard it will sound like garbage. they would be running off a 500 rms memphis amp and a 480 rms memphis amp. lemme know on your thoughts. thanks

I'd think their would be a dif in the frequency they move at and you'd hear that dif as grabage noise.

what if you ran them all off a 4 channel amp? would that make a difference? or is it the way the subs are built?

ok guys the kid i got that 480rms amp from dont know nothing, and i guess neither do i lol. i took it to the shop today for some little terminal screws i needed. its actually a memphis 1000d amp. the lady at the memphis dealer said it would actually run about 1400 true watts. i just bought a memphis pr 500.1 mono amp for 200 bucks, wich is 100 under what a new one costs and that 100d she said would run around 600 new. i think im going to try and sell or trade that 1000d for a 2 channel amp or a mono amp maybe another 500.1 and get some memphis 12''s.
