Was looking at ampguts here, brought back so memories of all the amps i have owned over the years

The first amp I ever bought new was back in the late 80's, and old Rockford Fosgate punch 45, i still have it......

The one i have is of the older heatsink design, this one shows the next generation design

Heres a few other rockfords i owned

The ol Power 650 didnt last long, It was abused when i got it!!!! Too bad, i liked that amp!!!! Ended up selling it to a buddy as is, blown...you fix it!!! I think i was desperate for beer money or something!!! LOL!!!!

Then i had one of these...

Still have this to this day!!!!! The old style logo and all. A customer brought it in and said he blew it up (which he did) and didnt want it, it was junk and he hated orion.....I gladly accepted his junk to throw in the trash for him (he he!!!!) Then sent it off for repair and got it back!!!! Still works flawlessly to this day!!!

Next i bought this ol gal!!!

It is still being used to this very day in the ol ladies car running a 7 speaker sytem with all passive x-overs.....sounds awesome

Here a re few others I have had over the years off and on

The one I had was VERY similiar to this, it was a very nice performer for the money!!!!! It ran a 6 speaker set up and I was amazed at the quality for the price!!!!

This one was given to me by someone, dont remeber who.....Those Old pioneers really sucked!!!!!!! No headroom, and they were a magnet for any noise that was available to them it seemned like!!! LOL!!!!

PPI, my least favorite from the Tempe big 3 manufactures at the time....this little amp did OK, but quickly sold it to a fellow installer as i did not like its sound....(yes, it had its own "sound" )

Have also owned an Old A/D/S power plate....from the early 90's.....SOUNDED good, but SUCKED for power output.... Had an old sony amp....junk......had a coustic amp 460 for shytes and grins.......LOL....another POS!!!!!
