I have looked everywhere and have found nothing I recently bought a memphis mc-162000d and can't find no info on what bass knob goes with it I was told hooking up the wrong one will fry the amp, does anyone here have any experience with this particular amp? I would really be grateful!
as far as knowing which bass knob, i dont know, plugging in the wrong one should only work or NOT work.... i dont think that type of wire is capable of damaging an entire amplifier, for most part if you find a Memphis branded knob it should work, i have a planet audio bass knob controlling my kicker amp if that means anything
you can get a PAC-1 level control knob. it works with any amp. it wires in through the rca's as a level control. they can be found from 12 to 25 bucks.
