Loud highs

    Okay so im new to this website and somewhat new to car audio im not a pro but i can put in a system. im getting ready to get my next car and i was wondering what are the loudest highs or mids i can get for under 200 a pair, i was thinking of getting 4 ev's or eminence speakers, but i wanted to see if theres a beter idea,...thanks in advance

    ive seen and hard whip mids,and ouch they can get loud as hell.
