I am wanting to install some subs in my 04 saturn ion. I have been looking aty these subs ( http://www.amazon.com/Kicker-07C124-12-Inch-4-Ohm-Subwoofer/dp/B000NTZFBW ) on this amp (http://www.amazon.com/R1100M-Monoblock-Amplifier-Subwoofer-Control/dp/B004S4XNEO ) I would like some opinions on these subs and amp.
Not knowing how well they both avertise rms. Id say the sub is to low rms for the amp. Plus the max rms is very close to the amps nominal rms. But kicker seem to undrate there subs. So that amp could work well given a decent ported box. Whi, h would need to be large. Sub rms 150. Max 300. Amp rms 250x1 @ 40hm. But it does run 2ohm @ 500w.
