Looking For Single DIN with built in navigation

Hey guys, I really need you on this one. I've been looking online for hours. I've searched google and ebay and amazon. I can't find much of a selection for what I'm looking for.

What I need:
-Single DIN (replacing stock civic HU)
-Video screen (any size just can't be the flip out kind because it will block other controls)
-Built in GPS (Obviously it needs to be usable, up to date, and good, not amazing but simple and effective)

What I would like:
-Touch screen capabilities
-To look modern, new, and a good resolution.
-To pay between $200 and $250 or less but I haven't found anything for less

I am willing to sacrifice the "what I would likes" in order to stay under budget.

Anyone have or know or recommend a good brand or model for what I'm looking for? Or show me a store that would have this? Like an online store. None of my local stores have this.
