Looking for advice on Alpine sub/amp combination.

    So it has been awhile since i've purchased any car stereo equipment, and i'm feeling a little out of touch. I've got a 93 ford ranger and looking to replace all the stock audio and add a couple subs. I've heard some good things on the Type R's and was able to find them pretty cheap so i'm wondering which amp i should get for them, and i have no clue as to what ohm rating i would want.
