okay so basically i'm new to the audio world of cars and i'm looking for i guess they call it a audio head or the stereo. i drive a 2003 dodge neon sxt, i'm looking for one that can play through usb drive so like my ipod will be able to play through it like that, i've been told that's the best audio quality you can get. i'm trying to keep it around 150 or less. please help
I'm really not the one to pick a brand. I have an Alpine in my truck. My wifes car has a Pioneer and my sons car has a Kenwood. But I can say that the sound quality from all of them is good. A far as iPod playback goes, I really like my Alpine iDA X303. It has no CD Player but I don't care. All my music is on an iPod. Also a bluetooth unit can be added later. I can also link my iTouch to it (via bluetooth) and stream the music to the HU Its a little over you price limit, but I can only recommend HUs that I have experience with.
