It's not a horn-loading site, but here's a good site for everything else: http://www.diysubwoofers.org/ As for horn-loading, I suggest going to your local library and picking up a book on horn-loading loudspeakers. It is extremely intensive - everything from the area/shape of the mouth of the horn, the shape of the body of the horn, to the curvature of the horn (if any), to the area/shape of the end of the horn.
