    First off, hello!

I bought a Trans Am in SC with this headunit in it, it worked great for about 2-3 months. Then once the weather started to heat up it started giving me these problems.

Every once in a while, it will have NO audio output.

Ex: Drive the car, shut it off. Once I start it again, headunit powers up ETC, but there is no sound output. Hitting the volume button, shows the volume increasing but there is no sound. Before if I changed to CD, let it start to read then went back to radio it was fine.

Along with that now It's giving me more headaches, whenever I turn it to the CD/DVD function it shuts itself off. Like DEAD...THe only way to get it to power back on is by hitting the reset button on the face.

Anybody have any suggestions? When I talked to Kenwood last the representative told me that if it continued to give me problems to ship it to them and they'd take a look at it.

    Sorry for the long post.
