Well UPS made me happy today. This weekend i can put it in along with the Kenwood 6X8's for the doors. It's temporarily hood up in my room to a 12 volt power supply. The RCAs connect to the home stereo. And it's hooked up to one of my VHF band ham radio antennas up about 40 feet high. Reception is great and HD radio is so cool!

And i turned the flash down a couple of stops for that night look.

Thanks CC. I found a jazz station that broadcasts in HD. That should sound good. I don't listen to jazz much, but it has great sound quality. Most of the time I like some trashy sounding live hard rock from the 70s-that's what I grew up listening to.

I listen to EVERYTHING. Rap, R&B, Jazz, country, pop, rock. you name it and I listen to it. all depends upon my mood.

Now, with only my back door speakers running, i hate to drive so i'm not listening to much music now. It sucks!!! It's going to be another 2 months before i get my stuff and have it installed. Til then, I'm just listening to whatever is on the radio at a VERY low volume...lol

It's better than analog FM, but I don't know if I'd say it's CD quality-but very close.

The coolest thing about HD is some stations broadcast text with the artist and name of song playing. But it scrolls across the display very slow. It takes F-O-R-E-V-E-R to read.
