I'm looking at getting some 6x8 infinity kappas. They're 2 ohm and rated at 100 rms watts. My amp is... 100 x 4 watts @ 4 ohms 160 x 4 watts @ 2 ohms 320 x 2 watts @ 4 ohms bridged Have any of you guys used them? What did you think of them? How much power did you give them?
i have infinity reference 6x9s 98021 or something, they are 100 watts rms 300 peak, solid speakers.. so the kappa is supposed to be better from what i hear, same as the subwoofers, reference, then kappa perfect
Infinity are real good speakers IMO. I've always liked the sound of them. they should be ok with your amp, just go easy on the gain.
