So i have a 2005 toyota corolla sport, and i have upgraded the rear deck speakers and the deck itself. I want to add a subwoofer or two (what's better, one or two?), and upgrade the front speakers and the pizo's. I realize I power the subs with an amp, but do I use the amp to power my speakers too? If I buy a set of two subs enclosed, do I buy a mono amp? Please help!

    Regards,
    Jake

as far as the amount of subs. id go with 1 good one, i used to ow a 2007 corolla s and i put 2 cvx 12s in it, hit hard with extra battery and all, except.... the rear deck is plastic and will vibrate horribly if too much bass is present (unless you dynamat) you will be using a mono block amp to power the subs, as far as using the same amp for the inside speakers,
dont do that. if you have an amp to run subs and inside speakers get a multi channel with a dedicated sub channel. or just get 2 amps, thats how i had it in mine
