there is no best. there's what you want out of a system and what you want to spend. as long as you're happy with it man
very true. to me the best is the best that I can afford at the time. do some research. find out what you want you system for. be it SQ or flat out SPL. or street jammin.
what is your budget? I have been looking at alot of JBL 10's for a little bandpass in the back of my car. I hear the JBL's sound good in a sealed enclosures too so maybe you should look into them. Here's a link for one and an amp http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_13867_JBL+GTO1014D.html powered with this http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_13494_MB+Quart+DSC+2150.html or http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_11752_Crunch+P1400.2.html or http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_10085_PowerBass+ASA-800.2.html those amps get more power as you go on. Folks over at ROE say that MB Quart is a badazz amp. they use it alot for highpower mids and highs. The Crunch is made by the same company but i have heard they dont do quite rated power, and the PB amp is a little too much power by like 25 watts but is actually probably your best bet. I advise the Power Bass
