After the Holidays are over I am going to start doing the worked I wanted todo to my truck before the tranny went out one of the things I wanted is the Performance chip Hypertech makes 2 and Jet Makes 2 Hypertech is a more "well known" brand, but Jet has the "6 pack" chip which is basically 6 programs on 1 chip that is selectible What are your thoughts on the best to get
Hypertech. I am familiar with the JET chips. They are great if you have massive capabilities. For example with a GN they make a chipset that offers up to 26 PSI of boost, but for it you need like 112 Octane, plus you need the extra fuel delivery, injectors, looser converter, free flowing exhaust, high volume wastegate discharge, etc, etc, etc... all equating to alot more than you typical enthusiast has (hell, alot more than I have for that matter). Hypertech is proven, effective, and better for the average enthusiast.
