My name is Jaime and I live in CO. I finally decided to upgrade the stereo on my 82 Delta 88, I know. I decided to get the Alpine CDE-124 head unit and replace my 6x9's with the Alpine SPS619. I'm in the process of keeping them hidden since I have "keyless entry". I ran new speaker wires to the 6x9's. I'm having a few issues though: I need to find a way to mount the 6x9's to the rear while keeping them hidden, I need to build a box or contraption of some sort to hide the head unit in, and I had the head unit on my seat temporarily and a wire came loose then the head unit started beeping at me and now won't turn on. Any ideas on how to drill steel, make a nice looking box, or why my head unit won't turn on?
