How many people are running with "poor mans Dynamat" ?

    I have seen several people say they tried the peel and seal or snow and ice shield or valley gutter patch. My question is now that you have run with it for a while what do you think? Is it peeling off or bubbling? Does it smell funny? is it still working? Would you do it again in a pinch if you had no cash for the application specific stuff?

    I put on my peel and seal fall of 2007.

    Slight asphalt smell but only for one day. No peeling or bubbling. I wouldn't use it for over 3 years...after that it is likely to start coming off.

    did mine this past march. when i went into the doors to put my tweets in it was just fine.

    it is crap.
    all asphalt based and mylar products are.

    try second skin damplifier instead.
