Here are the 2 notable pages from the manual:

Specifically I'm looking to bi-amp a set of components
-Bandpass a set of mids 80-3000hz
-Highpass a tweet 3000hz (or make it separate from the bandpass 3000 if possible)

Also I'd like a more detailed analysis of what items

12,13,16,17,18,20 do. I sort of understand it, but a detailed explanation would be useful

I think I figured it out, please verify this:

tweets in front channel, mids in the rear.
    -set 3 to HP
    -set 2 to 3000
    -set 12 to internal
    -set 13 to lp
    -set 15 to 80
    -set 16 to hp

so the front tweeter channels are highpassed to 3000, the signal is passed through to the rears internally via #12, and flipped to lp via #13. Then 15 and 16 combine to also apply a high pass filter at 80 to the mid. Is this correct? this still leaves me in the dark about why there are 2 hp/lp/ap switches on the rca outputs.
