ok here's the deal, I just got a hifonics BXi1606D i hoocked it up and it is making a funny noise that kinda sounds like engine noise but it happens while the car is off and im even using a source that is not conected to the car. i used a peace of wire to check the ignition by putting it on the cap it still makes the noise. it makes my top end amp do the same thing. I paid good money for this amp and the new sub and i would like it to crush. I am completely stumped
I am sure i can solve this , but what do you mean by (putting it on the cap?) please be a little more clear
can you describe "funny noise", are your RCA Cables good quality? I have seen the cheaper ones make noise right out of the box
