Well... I actually registered here in 2002 but haven't made my way back in a while! But I'm adding CAT back to my "rounds" of audio forums to read for the day so I should be around a bit. Since registering back in 2002 I started my own car audio company, Sundown Audio. Sundown amplifiers finally came to market in August of 2006 and things have been going very well so far. I will be around to answer questions about my products and/or anything else that I may be able to answer.
you must have heard us talking about your amps and was like ... hey! i heard my name! better be something good!
*laughs* Yah, I like to go around and search the forums to see what is being said and answer any questions that may arise. So far so good!
Lots of stuff is going on right now. I am working on getting my next new model rolling, the SAE-1000D. It is a more basic amplifier than the SAZ-1500D in that it does not have 0.5 ohm or high voltage stability... but it has an extremely small footprint and does exactly what it says it will do. It also retains strapping capability if you want to expand later. Also working on prototyping my Sundown Nightshade SPL woofers... something to pair up with 4 or more SAZ-1500D amplifiers for competition purposes. I have had alot of call for a "big bad boy" SPL woofer. Generally I recommended Stereo Integrity woofers for daily installs, but SI isn't about SPL so I'm working on this one for the competition crowd.
I really want to purchase a 1500D...but it may be a few months as I have to save up money....originally I was going to buy an Elemental Designs Nine.1 amp but they cut the discount and the amps are $365 now...And I figured hell if the 1500D isn't much more than that than I'll save up for it. I really like the looks of your amps also...UBER SEXY
haha welcome back for the 2nd time! hopefully you stick around this time! and great job on making a wonderful product jacob.

Ya man welcome back. I love those Sundown amps, but I just can't afford them. I am really considering a couple of those SA-8's though
welcome back! my next set up (who knows when that will be) will consist of sundown amps.. There's a dealer here in Manila, Philippines. Prices are very competitive with U.S. too!
